Welcome to this short introduction on how to use MaxInno's secure platform. Just follow the instructions here in 3-4 simple steps. The first three steps shows how you use the browser of your choice (here Safari). The fourth step shows you how to install and configure the free client software.
FIRST STEP
If you have been invited to enter one of MaxInno's secure platforms, you will ALREADY HAVE a web address (in THIS DEMO CASE = http://www.icnet.dk/fcinstruction) and a us.e.ri--d and p..as.sw.ord.
You will meet a prompt like this and then you ENTER us.e.ri--d and p..as.sw.ord.
Second Step: how to navigate and then Create a New Message
You will meet a window, which looks (more or less) like this. You will see
1: your ID
2: One or more Folders (directories) for archiving
3: One or more messages, like in your normal email system
4: the Create Window (click and then Create a New Message if you wish)
Step 3: How to respond to a message
Click on any message to read it. In the left hand navigation panel, you will see that you may Reply (several options) and Forward the message)
Step 4: If you wish to use the FREE client software
If you have been invited to enter one of MaxInno's secure platforms, you will be given a web address (in THIS DEMO CASE = http://www.icnet.dk/firstclassinstall) and a us.e.ri--d and p..as.sw.ord
You can enter and use the system from your browser but we recommend that you download the free FirstClass Client from the following site
Once at that site, you click the appropriate system (Mac OS, Windows etc) and just click Install. Wait for the Installer to Finish (just follow instructions). Eventually you will be met with either of the two windows (see below). You will want to DO SETUP. Simply click in the SERVER Panel and enter "fc.icnet.dk". You can enter your u..seri..d in the "User ID" Panel and then SAVE. When you then click on the FirstClass icon on your desktop, you will be prompted for your pa--ssw-ord. Enter and you are in.
